Which are the new Curaçao online casinos? The short answer

In one sense every Curaçao online casino is new. The regulator began licensing operators directly in November 2023, the old master licences ended when the new gambling law took effect in December 2024, and all 571 licences for casinos and sportsbooks in the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s October 2026 register come from the new system. So a new Curaçao casino can be a brand-new website, or a site that has been running for years under a licence that is itself new.

Among the 12 casinos we review, the newest are Slotosport, Wildies and Zizobet, which first appeared at their current addresses in 2026, followed by Legionbet and Winbeast in late 2025. The oldest, Rolletto and Goldenbet, were running by 2021, three years before the licence they hold today was granted. Newer usually means a shorter record, so the checks below matter more.

How new is each casino we review?

A licence date belongs to a company, not to a website, so we dated each casino by its address: the first web archive capture showing the casino there, or, where the archive had none, the first security certificates issued for it. The table runs from newest to oldest.

Read the dates as “no later than”: an archive only shows the days it captured. Several of these addresses had other uses before the casinos arrived, which is why a domain’s age says little: wildies.com and winbeast.com were parked with a domain seller, and zizobet.com, legionbet.com and velobet.com were for sale before the casinos appeared. Two brands are older than their current addresses: Betmac was relaunching an existing site in March 2025, and Wildies’ Anjouan licence dates from June 2024.

What “new” means for a Curaçao licence

Curaçao moved from master licences and sublicences to direct licensing in stages: the regulator began issuing licences to operating companies in November 2023, and the National Ordinance on Games of Chance, which took effect in December 2024, made the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) the licensing authority. In the register edition of October 2026, 16 of the 571 licences for casinos and sportsbooks carry a 2023 number, 537 a 2024 number and 18 a 2025 or 2026 number. Three things follow for anyone looking for new Curaçao online casinos.

• A new casino often uses an old licence. A licence belongs to a company and covers every website the CGA certifies for it. Zizobet appeared at zizobet.com after December 2024, months after Santeda’s licence was granted in August 2024, and runs under that same licence.
• An old casino can hold a new licence. Rolletto and Goldenbet were running by 2021; the licence they hold today was granted in August 2024. Old wording can linger too: Betmac’s terms still send disputes to Curaçao eGaming, a master licence holder under the old system, although its licence was granted in July 2025.
• The year in the licence number is not the grant date. Betmac’s licence is numbered 2024, but its certificate shows a grant in July 2025.

Provisional licences and what the register shows

A recent licence is not always a settled one. Of the 666 entries in the CGA’s register edition of October 2026, 53 had no status and a six-month term, the length the law allows for a provisional licence, and 296 were listed as “assessment in progress”, most of them with an expiry date that had already passed when the edition was published. Only 209 were indefinite licences with no end date.

The casinos we review show the range. Freshbet’s operator, Ryker B.V., holds an indefinite licence. The licences behind the five Santeda casinos and Betmac were listed as assessment in progress, with printed terms that had ended, while their website certificates displayed Active when we checked in October 2026. What to check at a new Curaçao casino

Newness is not a fault in itself, but it removes the evidence an older site has built up. Of the seven casinos we review first seen at their current address in 2025 or 2026, four name no regulator at all, one holds an Anjouan licence and two hold Curaçao licences. These are the checks that matter most.

• Who runs it. Find the company in the terms and match it to a licence certificate for the exact website. Winbeast, Legionbet, Winplace and Slotosport give no licence details, and Slotosport’s own documents place its company in three different countries.
• Whether the rules are finished. Wildies names cash out and Bet Builder in its promotions without publishing rules for either, and the euro version of Slotosport’s terms refers to registering at “MEGA” rather than Slotosport.
• Which address is real. Slotosport has moved from slotosport.com to slotosportbet.com, Wildies sends visitors to numbered addresses that its licence register does not list, and a separate site at betmac4.com uses the Betmac name with its own promotional copy.
• How payouts work. A new casino has a short record of paying out, so read the withdrawal limits, fees and verification rules before depositing; our withdrawal terms guide explains what to look for.
• What the welcome offer asks. The newest sites are no gentler: their welcome offers ask for 25 to 40 times the bonus, or 30 to 35 times the deposit plus the bonus (Betmac’s promotions FAQ says 45). Our guide to Curaçao casino bonuses compares them.
• Whether the games are tested. The CGA certifies testing laboratories, among them eCOGRA; a new casino’s game providers and their test certificates are worth checking.

If something goes wrong, a Curaçao-licensed casino must offer a complaint route ending in a CGA-certified dispute service, though none of those we review names one in its terms. The same dates apply to the sportsbooks, because the betting sites we review are the sportsbooks of these casinos. Among them, Slotosport, Wildies and Zizobet are the newest at their current addresses, and Rolletto has run its sportsbook longest. How to check when a Curaçao casino launched

1. Open the CGA certificate from the site’s footer. Its grant date dates the company’s licence, not the website, but the certificate must name the domain you are on.
2. Look the licence up in the register. A six-month term or “assessment in progress” tells you the licence is not yet settled.
3. Look at the address’s history. A web archive shows when the casino first appeared at its address and what was there before; public certificate logs show when the site’s security certificates were first issued.
4. Read the terms for signs of haste. Another brand’s name, missing rules or conflicting figures suggest terms that were copied and not finished.

Our assessment: new Curaçao online casinos

New Curaçao online casinos arrive in two ways: as new websites under a company’s existing licence, and as older sites carrying licences that only date from the 2024 reform. Among the 12 we review, the newest sites are also the least transparent: most of those first seen in 2025 or 2026 name no regulator, and their terms show the most signs of haste.

A new casino is not worse because it is new, but it gives you less to go on. Check the company, the certificate for the exact address and the register status before anything else, and treat a casino that names no regulator as having no regulator.
