We checked this company entry on 29 September 2026. The register’s publication date, licence issue date and expiry field serve different purposes. None supplies the company’s incorporation date or the launch date of a casino.

The expiry field is in the past, but the status column does not say expired. We retain both fields instead of turning them into a claim that the licence is active, revoked or renewed. A current domain-level validation was not established in this research.

The CGA also qualifies its register as an overview that does not guarantee present licence validity. For an account question, pair the company record with the casino’s applicable terms. The two documents answer different parts of the question: who holds the listed permission, and who has contracted with the player.

Other brands named in the regulatory record

The September 2025 Swedish decision connects Altacore with Betify, Wintopia, Flappy, Yonibet, Luckyhour, Cosmicslot, Casinozer, Rollino and Gamblezen. It separately records Winlegends, Spinsbro and Icebet as geoblocked at that time. These are dated regulatory findings, not a current ownership check for every brand.

What the Spinsbro change tells us

Spinsbro is the clearest reason to avoid copying a company’s old casino list unchanged. Its newer terms name a Costa Rican company and claim an Anjouan licence. That is a different operator disclosure from the Altacore connection documented in 2025. We have not independently validated that Anjouan permission or established the transfer date.

A player with an older unresolved account should retain the terms that applied when the issue arose. A new footer does not, on its own, explain whether balances, complaints or other obligations transferred. Ask for the document governing that change rather than assuming the latest company automatically answers for every earlier transaction.

Who is Altacore N.V., and who owns it?

Altacore is the legal company identified by Curaçao registration number 151002. The Gamblezen commercial disclosure gives Dr. Henri Fergusonweg 1, Gaito, as its registered address. The older Icebet landing instead gives Perseusweg 27A, Willemstad. We have not obtained a fresh corporate extract to establish when the address changed.

Altaprime’s disclosed role

The Gamblezen disclosure describes Altaprime Limited, Cyprus registration HE 402752, as Altacore’s subsidiary, payment agent and EU/EEA representative. The older Icebet page describes the same payment relationship. These are the businesses’ published descriptions; they are not an independently verified shareholder register.

That distinction matters if Altaprime appears in payment paperwork. A payment agent can help explain the entity involved in a transaction, but the name on a statement does not by itself identify the company responsible for every casino term or disputed bet.

Altacore’s current ultimate beneficial owners were not established from the primary material checked. The subsidiary relationship described above does not identify a parent above Altacore. Nor does a shared office address prove that other companies using the address belong to the same owner.

Altacore’s Curaçao gaming licence and regulatory record

Licence category and recorded status

The B2C category identifies a consumer-facing licensing record. Altacore’s entry requires particular care because the September overview retains an assessment status alongside the older dates. The table above is the supported finding; an assumption about the outcome of the assessment would add something the record does not say.

Some commercial material still uses the earlier 8048/JAZ reference. Keep that historical wording separate from the OGL reference in the CGA register. Finding both numbers online does not establish two current permissions, and a newly loaded promotional page can still contain old legal text.

The Swedish prohibition of September 2025

On 11 September 2025, Spelinspektionen prohibited Altacore from providing gambling in Sweden without the necessary licence, with immediate effect. The published decision, case 25Si556, describes Swedish marketing and continued access through replacement domains after earlier blocking. It distinguishes the brands still targeting Sweden from those it found geoblocked.

This was a Swedish market-access decision. It should not be reported as a worldwide ban, a Curaçao licence revocation or a ruling on every player’s withdrawal. We have not established a later appeal outcome or the current status of each domain discussed in the case.

What remains unresolved about casino domains?

The material establishes a company record and several dated brand relationships. It does not establish a complete, currently approved Altacore domain list. Can UK residents use casinos connected with Altacore?

This profile does not establish that any listed brand is authorised to serve readers in Great Britain. The Gambling Commission requires the relevant remote casino permission for businesses providing those services to British consumers, including businesses based abroad. A Curaçao company entry does not replace that requirement.

Spinsbro’s current terms provide a separate, explicit restriction. Their KYC country list includes Great Britain and Northern Ireland among restricted locations. These are the terms naming Win Core SRL, so this restriction should be attached to Spinsbro rather than presented as a verified policy across Altacore’s other documented connections.

Great Britain comprises England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland has a different regulatory context; it should not be silently included in a statement about the Commission’s British licensing remit. An English interface, accessible registration form or sterling currency option cannot settle eligibility. If the published terms restrict your location, treat that as a restriction. A change of address, domain or connection method is not a sound way to resolve it.

Payments, bonuses and account rules

There is no verified company-wide payment schedule

We have not established one set of deposit minimums, withdrawal limits or processing times applying to all Altacore-linked brands. The Altaprime disclosure identifies a payment role; it does not promise a payout speed or tell you which methods an individual account can use.

Spinsbro shows why a familiar brand needs a fresh reading. Its November 2025 terms describe finance-team processing within three business days of the request or the last withdrawal payment, subject to completed checks and other conditions. That is a published processing window under its newer operator disclosure, not an observed transfer time or an Altacore-wide service standard.

A bonus headline is not a shared company offer

The older Icebet page advertises up to €1,200 and 300 free spins. We record it as an example of promotional material that remains accessible, not a verified current offer. Its presence does not establish the wagering basis, eligible country or conditions for a new account.

For any individual promotion, read the deposit requirement, wagering basis, maximum bet, time limit and cashout conditions together. A headline from one brand should never fill a missing field for another. Spinsbro’s current responsible gambling page describes requesting a timed account closure through its support email and says promotional emails will be stopped. This is the process described in that policy. It belongs to the present Spinsbro service and does not establish an exclusion arrangement across Altacore-linked casinos.

We did not verify a company-wide Altacore self-exclusion system. If you have accounts with more than one brand, request written confirmation of which accounts and websites an exclusion covers, its effective date and its duration. An ordinary account closure should not be assumed to have the same scope as a gambling-related exclusion.
