Dama N.V.: casinos, ownership and licence

Dama N.V. appears in Curaçao’s licensing register and in the history of several online casinos. Here we explain its company record, ownership evidence and casino connections, including brands whose newer terms name a different operator.

The key point

Dama has a documented Curaçao licence entry. PlayAmo, Playfina and Spirit Casino now name other operators in the terms examined; King Billy’s Dama connection is supported by historical terms. These findings do not establish a current Dama casino portfolio.

The CGA register dated 21 September 2026 identifies Dama N.V. under company number 152125. We checked this entry on 29 September. Its licence issue date is 24 December 2025; this is not the company’s incorporation date or the launch date of any casino.

The company number gives you a useful cross-check when a casino’s footer and terms use different names. A trading brand can stay the same while the legal company changes. Match both the name and number before treating two documents as records of the same business.

The CGA describes its lists as overviews that do not guarantee present licence validity. The table therefore reports the published company entry. Domain approval, territorial permission and the terms of an individual account require their own evidence.

02 / Casino connections

Dama N.V. casinos: what the documents show

The four brands below have documented Dama references, but they should not be presented as four current Dama casinos. King Billy’s relationship remains historical in the evidence available here. For the other three, newer contractual disclosures identify different operators. The rows are alphabetical and show the reason for each classification.

  • King Billy

    kingbillycasino.com
Historical Dama connection · current position unresolved

Terms updated 5 September 2023, clause 1.6, name Dama and its subsidiary Friolion Limited. A current operator or domain certificate was not confirmed.

  • PlayAmo

    playamo.com
Newer terms name Saphirix Solutions SRL

English terms dated 11 May 2026, clause 1.1, name Saphirix and a Tobique licence. The app page retains an inconsistent Dama reference.

  • Playfina

    playfina.com
    Newer terms name Novatrix SRL

The June 2025 PDF names Dama. English website terms updated 16 February 2026, clause 1.1, name Novatrix and a Tobique licence; the homepage footer agrees.

  • Spirit Casino

    spiritcasino.com
Newer terms name Stable Tech N.V.

English terms updated 29 September 2025, clause 1.1, and the footer name Stable Tech. The About page’s licensing paragraph still names Dama.

Why an older Dama list can mislead

Playfina is a useful example of a brand outlasting an operator disclosure. Its old PDF remains retrievable, so finding a document that names Dama is not enough to settle the present relationship. The newer English terms and homepage supply a different company. The documents do not establish the precise transfer date or how a particular older account was handled.

PlayAmo and Spirit illustrate another problem: promotional copy can disagree with contractual text. A Dama mention in an app description or About page deserves less weight for identifying today’s contracting party than the dated terms. Record the disagreement and use the version applicable to the account being investigated.

BitStarz and Slotum also need separating from a verified Dama roster. Their retrieved terms name Gareton B.V. and Novatrix SRL respectively. None of these findings proves that the companies share an owner, platform agreement or customer-account system.

These are documentary checks as of 29 September 2026. Several direct visits returned regional notices, so publicly indexed operator pages and original PDFs were used alongside the regulator record. No complete current domain portfolio was established. Our casino review library covers individual brands separately; inclusion there does not establish a Dama relationship.

03 / Company and ownership

Who is Dama N.V., and who owns it?

Dama N.V. is the Curaçao legal company identified by registration number 152125. The number in the CGA register matches the historical casino documents examined here. Those documents give Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, as its registered address; a fresh company-register extract was not obtained.

What is known about ownership?

Dama’s current ultimate beneficial owners were not established from the sources checked. Two documented relationships help explain its corporate structure, but neither identifies an ultimate owner.

King Billy’s September 2023 terms describe Friolion Limited, Cyprus registration HE 419102, as Dama’s wholly owned subsidiary. That places Friolion below Dama in the relationship described by that document. It does not make Friolion Dama’s parent company.

The July 2024 appeal judgment describes Allyant Group B.V. as the trust office exercising Dama’s management. That management role does not establish beneficial ownership.

A shared office address is also insufficient to identify a parent company. For a reader tracing an account, the useful distinction is between the business named in the contract, a payment-processing company and a company that owns or manages another entity. Each relationship needs its own document.

What happened in the 2024 bankruptcy case?

Dama was declared bankrupt on 10 June 2024. The appeal judgment of 30 July 2024 describes player-loss claims involving national gambling-licensing requirements, including Austrian judgments. The dispute went beyond an ordinary pending withdrawal.

The appeal court recorded settlements and assessed financial material showing that Dama had not ceased paying at the time of its decision. It overturned the bankruptcy order and rejected the petition. That outcome belongs alongside the original order whenever the case is discussed.

The ruling resolved that bankruptcy appeal. It did not establish today’s finances, cancel all possible player claims or determine a different customer’s entitlement to repayment. A current dispute needs its own facts and applicable legal assessment.

04 / Curaçao gaming licence

Dama N.V.’s Curaçao gaming licence and regulatory record

Licence category and recorded status

Dama’s September 2026 entry is B2C, the consumer-facing licence category, with reference OGL/2023/174/0082. Its term is recorded as indefinite and the expiry field as N/A. This is more informative than carrying forward the expiry date from an older register.

Indefinite describes the recorded term. It does not remove the need to check later regulatory action or establish which websites operate under the permission. The company entry also does not provide a separate approval for every game or a guarantee about customer balances.

What could be verified about casino domains?

A complete current list of domains approved under Dama’s licence was not established. The CGA homepage displayed an online-portal outage notice during the 29 September check. King Billy’s historical terms and the other brands’ company disclosures must therefore remain distinct from independent domain-certificate validation.

A certificate check should match the actual website address, legal company and licence reference. A Dama company entry cannot validate a casino whose applicable terms identify another entity. The casino licence-check guide explains how to read those fields and distinguish an official record from a badge image.

Licensing history and significant changes

Dated licensing records examined for Dama N.V.
Document dateWhat the record says
5 September 2023King Billy’s terms describe an Antillephone arrangement, reference 8048/JAZ2020-013.
17 December 2025The CGA register lists OGL/2023/174/0082 with a period of 24 June to 24 December 2025.
21 September 2026The CGA register lists the same reference with an issue date of 24 December 2025 and an indefinite term.

These records explain why different licence references and dates can appear in searches. Use the later official entry for the status recorded there, while keeping the older document attached to its own period. None of these dates establishes when a particular casino changed operator.

05 / UK availability

Can UK residents use casinos connected with Dama?

This list does not establish any casino as available to UK residents. A Curaçao licence alone does not authorise an operator to provide remote casino gambling to consumers in Great Britain. The Gambling Commission requires the appropriate permission regardless of where the operator is based.

The operator documents also contain territory restrictions. The English terms examined for PlayAmo, Playfina and Spirit list the United Kingdom among restricted countries. King Billy’s September 2023 PDF does too, although that historical document cannot settle its current policy. These are account restrictions, separate from the regulator’s licensing requirements.

Northern Ireland has a different framework. The Commission’s Gambling Act 2005 remit covers England, Scotland and Wales, with separate provisions involving certain remote equipment and advertising in Northern Ireland. A gap in a company profile is not evidence of eligibility there.

A page loading successfully, an English interface or a sterling amount does not override either a territory restriction or the required regulatory permission. The Curaçao licence vs UKGC article explains the distinction in more detail.

06 / Payments and account rules

Payments, bonuses and account rules

There is no supported set of payment or bonus terms covering all four brands as current Dama casinos. Their company disclosures differ. For an existing account, identify the service, operator and document version before borrowing a minimum deposit or withdrawal estimate from another brand.

What the historical payment terms tell us

Playfina’s June 2025 Dama terms list €20 minimum deposits and withdrawals, subject to payment method. Standard withdrawal limits were €2,000 per day, €5,000 per week and €20,000 per month, with qualifications for promotions, VIP arrangements and progressive jackpots. These historical figures belong to that brand and document, not to every Dama-associated account.

For an older payment dispute, retain the applicable terms with the request date and support replies. Establish whether the request is awaiting checks or has been sent; our withdrawal terms guide explains the difference. The later company disclosure makes it particularly important to identify who is responsible for the transaction.

Bonuses and accounts after an operator change

No shared Dama welcome offer or transferable bonus entitlement was established. Keep the offer terms accepted on the account, including their wagering basis, expiry and maximum bet. The bonus conditions guide explains those calculations.

An operator change does not, by itself, explain what happens to an existing balance, bonus or verification record. Ask the service to confirm any account migration in writing. A documented corporate relationship would still need separate evidence before we could describe accounts or benefits as shared.

07 / Account controls

Responsible gambling and account controls

The historical Playfina terms contain a specific limitation: deposit limits could not be applied to cryptocurrency deposits. That is a dated finding about one service, not evidence of the controls at every casino associated with Dama.

A company-wide self-exclusion arrangement was not established. If you have asked to stop gambling, request written confirmation of the accounts and brands covered, especially if the operator disclosure has changed. Account closure and self-exclusion may be recorded differently, so the wording of the response matters.

Do not use an operator list to find a replacement account after excluding yourself. Our responsible gambling page provides support information and practical ways to limit access to gambling.

08 / Complaints and disputes

Complaints and dispute resolution

Address the complaint to the service involved and identify the operator named in the terms relevant to the event. Where the company disclosure has changed, ask who is handling the older account or transaction. The evidence here does not establish that a successor company automatically assumed every earlier obligation.

  • Give the casino domain, account reference, transaction dates, amount and currency.
  • Attach the relevant terms, payment records and support correspondence.
  • State the disputed action and the explanation or remedy requested.
  • Ask for a complaint reference, written response and the applicable escalation route.

Playfina’s June 2025 document promised acknowledgement within 24 hours. It did not promise resolution within that time. Its general escalation wording also did not identify a specific Dama-wide independent dispute body.

Regulatory reports and repayment disputes

The CGA says reports can inform its supervision, but it does not adjudicate individual player disputes, mediate claims or order compensation. Reporting possible regulatory misconduct and pursuing repayment therefore serve different purposes.

Check the regulator and complaint procedure attached to the relevant operator. Routing a complaint solely from an old Dama mention could send it to the wrong business or licensing body. If a legal claim is being considered, the contract, transaction history and jurisdiction need an individual assessment.

09 / Our assessment

Are Dama N.V. casinos safe? Our assessment

Dama’s official company licence entry provides a firmer starting point than an unsupported operator list. It establishes the entity and the permission recorded in a dated register. Safety at a particular casino also depends on the actual operator, applicable conditions, account controls and handling of customer money.

The strongest finding here is the need to update brand associations: three of the four casinos examined name other operators in their newer terms. King Billy’s current position remains unresolved. It would be misleading to turn these four rows into a recommended current Dama portfolio.

For UK readers, the practical conclusion is to check the exact service and territory rules before relying on an operator name. This profile supports company and document research; it does not endorse the listed casinos or establish their current payment performance.

Frequently asked questions

What is Dama N.V.?

Dama N.V. is a Curaçao gambling company identified by registration number 152125. Its name appears in the CGA licensing register and historical casino documents. A casino brand and the legal company responsible for an account are separate identities.

Which casinos are operated by Dama N.V.?

A current portfolio was not confirmed. King Billy has a historical Dama reference. The newer terms examined for PlayAmo, Playfina and Spirit Casino name Saphirix Solutions SRL, Novatrix SRL and Stable Tech N.V. respectively. Older Dama mentions should not override those disclosures.

Who owns Dama N.V.?

Its current ultimate beneficial owners were not established. A dated subsidiary disclosure and a court record about management do not identify the people or entity that ultimately own Dama.

What is Dama’s Curaçao licence number?

The CGA register dated 21 September 2026 lists OGL/2023/174/0082 as a B2C licence with an indefinite term. This is the published company entry; it does not independently validate every casino domain associated with the name.

Can Dama casinos accept UK players?

A Curaçao licence alone does not provide permission to serve Great Britain. The casino documents discussed here include UK restrictions, and no listed brand is confirmed as available to UK residents. Northern Ireland has a different regulatory framework.

Is Dama N.V. bankrupt?

The bankruptcy order of 10 June 2024 was overturned on 30 July 2024. That historical outcome does not establish Dama’s financial position today.
