Bank transfers at Curaçao casinos
Deposits and withdrawals by bank transfer need separate checks. We compare the casinos’ payout times, minimums and charges, cover Trustly and Revolut, and explain how to trace a missing transfer.
Explore bank transfersBefore a bank transfer, check three things in the casino’s terms: the stated processing time (three banking days at six of the 12 casinos we review), whether your currency is excluded (six rule out USD bank payouts), and which company receives or sends the money. Then keep the bank reference for every payment.
How bank transfers work at Curaçao casinos
A bank transfer at a Curaçao casino leaves two records that have to match: the payment in your bank account and the credit to your casino balance. For a withdrawal the order reverses: the casino, or a payment agent acting for it, sends money to an account in your name. Deposits and payouts often run on different arrangements, so a casino that accepts a bank deposit may still pay you out another way.
Sterling transfers within the UK, euro transfers over SEPA and international payments use different banking systems, each with its own timing. That timing starts only once the casino has allocated your deposit, or approved and released your withdrawal.
A debit card draws on the same bank balance but uses a separate payment route and dispute process; our Visa and Mastercard guide explains the difference. The payment methods hub covers the other ways to pay.
Bank transfer Curaçao casinos compared
The table sets out the bank-transfer terms published by the 12 casinos we review, as we read them in October 2026. Seven hold a Curaçao licence, Wildies holds an Anjouan licence, and Winbeast, Winplace, Legionbet and Slotosport name no licence on their sites. We made no transfers for this guide, so the times are the casinos’ stated processing periods, not measured arrival times.
| Casino and licence | Published bank-transfer terms |
|---|---|
| Rolletto, Velobet, Zizobet, Cosmobet, Goldenbet Curaçao licence (Santeda International B.V.) | All payouts, including bank transfers, processed within three banking days. No bank transfers for USD payouts. Exceptional intermediary-bank charges capped at the equivalent of €16. Velobet’s blog gives two to five business days with a €100 minimum, Zizobet’s three to five banking days for SEPA transfers and Cosmobet’s three to seven business days; their terms say three. |
| Freshbet Curaçao licence (Ryker B.V.) | Bank-transfer payouts processed within three banking days; intermediary-bank charges capped at the equivalent of €16. No USD restriction stated. Withdrawals are paid back to the deposit method. |
| Betmac Curaçao licence (Sefiarray B.V.) | “Instant Bank Transfer” listed for deposits. Players who deposit by card or Apple Pay can withdraw only by bank transfer, in euros, to an IBAN that accepts EUR, with a €100 minimum per request. Betmac aims to process withdrawals within one to three business days after verification. |
| Winbeast No licence named | Bank-transfer payouts processed within five to seven banking days under the terms; the homepage says one to three business days. No bank transfers for USD payouts; intermediary charges capped at €16. Revolut listed for deposits only. |
| Legionbet No licence named | Online bank-transfer deposits from €20 to €5,000, listed as free and instant. Bank-transfer withdrawals from €50 to €4,000 per transaction, stated as five to seven days. |
| Winplace No licence named | Card and online bank-transfer deposits from €20 to €4,000, listed as free and instant. Bank-transfer withdrawals from €50 to €4,000 per transaction, stated as five to seven days. |
| Slotosport No licence named | Trustly appears in the homepage payment list. Withdrawal requests are approved or denied within three days after identity checks; no separate bank-transfer terms. |
| Wildies Anjouan licence | The FAQ lists bank transfer for deposits, and the terms allow a 1% processing fee on bank-transfer deposits, capped at €10 and shown before you confirm. Payouts return to the deposit method, or go by bank transfer when that method cannot pay out. Withdrawals take up to 72 hours under the terms, or 48 business hours in the FAQ, for all methods. |
Several also tie payouts to the deposit method: Rolletto and Cosmobet approve other methods only case by case after verification, and Freshbet pays withdrawals back to the deposit method. So a bank payout after a card deposit depends on what your account allows; the Rolletto review covers its payment terms in full.
Deductions that can reduce the amount returned
Two kinds of clause can cut what a bank transfer returns. The first covers deposits you have not played through: Rolletto requires deposits to be wagered in full and reserves a 20% administrative fee on the amount transferred if they are not; Velobet requires one wager “with a coefficient of 1.3” and may otherwise deduct 20% of the requested withdrawal; Cosmobet and Goldenbet require full wagering but may cancel the withdrawal instead.
The second covers closed accounts: all five Santeda casinos reserve a 20% administrative fee when deposits are returned after an account is closed, and Freshbet’s refund policy allows the same fee on refunds. Neither is part of the €16 bank-charge cap. If one is applied to you, ask for its basis and calculation in writing; our Velobet casino review sets its clause in context.
Trustly, Revolut and instant payments at Curaçao casinos
Some casinos take bank payments that start in your online banking instead of as a manual transfer. With Trustly, the best-known of these services, you choose your bank in the casino cashier, approve the payment in your banking app, and the money moves between accounts without card details.
Looking for Trustly at a Curaçao casino, we found a gap: none of the seven Curaçao-licensed casinos we review names Trustly in the documents we read in October 2026. Slotosport, which names no licence, lists it among its payment methods. The closest option at a Curaçao-licensed casino we review is Betmac’s “Instant Bank Transfer” for deposits, and Winplace and Legionbet, which name no licence, also describe online bank-transfer deposits as instant.
A listed method may not work for your account or country, and the terms we read do not say whether a Trustly deposit can be withdrawn the same way, so check the cashier and the withdrawal route before you deposit.
Revolut at a Curaçao casino raises the same question. A Revolut account sends and receives transfers much like a bank account, but casinos can treat it differently. Winbeast lists Revolut for deposits only, so its payouts need another route in your name, and Wildies shows Revolut among its payment logos without saying which direction it covers.
Curaçao casino bank account: who receives your transfer
At half the casinos we review, the Curaçao casino bank account you pay into can belong to a different company from the licence holder. Rolletto, Velobet, Zizobet, Cosmobet and Goldenbet name Santeda International Limited, registered in Limassol, Cyprus, as payment agent for their licence holder, Santeda International B.V. Freshbet names Ryker Development Limited, registered in Larnaca, Cyprus, as payment agent for Ryker B.V. The beneficiary on a deposit instruction, or the sender of a payout, can therefore be a Cypriot payment agent rather than the casino brand.
Before paying into a bank account for a Curaçao casino, check that the recipient name matches a company the casino discloses in its footer or terms. If the cashier shows a recipient you cannot link to the casino’s published company details, ask support to explain it in writing before you pay. A mismatch is a reason to stop, not to send a small test payment.
Bank transfers and UK casino availability
A UK bank account, a sterling balance or a transfer that goes through does not mean a casino may serve UK customers. Online gambling offered to people in England, Scotland and Wales needs a Gambling Commission licence, and a Curaçao licence does not replace it. Northern Ireland has a separate legal framework. Our Curaçao and UKGC guide explains the difference.
Several casinos in the table exclude UK residents in their terms or block UK visitors, and a bank can also refuse or review a gambling payment. Our casino licence-check guide explains how to match a casino to its regulator’s record.
Bank transfer deposits and payment references
Where a casino accepts bank-transfer deposits for your account, the cashier instructions should give the beneficiary, account details, currency and payment reference. Use fresh instructions each time, as saved details may no longer apply. Casino terms also tie deposits to your own name: Legionbet, Winplace and Wildies require payment methods registered to you.
For a UK transfer, MoneyHelper lists the recipient’s name, sort code, account number and amount; an international payment may need an IBAN, which identifies the account, and a SWIFT/BIC code, which identifies the bank.
Deposit references and allocation
The reference you enter tells the recipient which casino account to credit. Bacs guidance stresses complete references, and without one a transfer can reach the right bank account yet sit unallocated. Keep the bank confirmation showing the amount, date, beneficiary, reference and any transaction number. If you left out the reference, send support the receipt; a second deposit only creates another payment to trace.
Where your bank offers Confirmation of Payee, it checks the account name against the details you entered. A match confirms the name, not the casino’s licence or conduct; resolve a mismatch through a verified channel before paying.
Receiving casino withdrawals in a bank account
A withdrawal instruction should identify the receiving account, currency, amount and any known deductions. Expect to need an account in your own name: Betmac, for example, pays only to an account with the same name and address as the casino account. Joint accounts or name differences need a specific answer from support before you request the payout.
If a payment provider sends the money, its name may appear on your statement instead of the casino’s, so match the entry to the release record by sender, amount, currency and date. Our withdrawal guide explains the request and review stages.
Which reference should you request
A casino withdrawal ID finds the request in the casino’s records; a bank transaction reference identifies the payment in the banking system. Ask support which one it has given you, and ask for the bank’s reference once the transfer has been released.
For a payment sent over Swift, ask for the Unique End-to-end Transaction Reference, or UETR. Swift describes it as a 36-character identifier that banks use to track a payment along the chain; give it to the bank investigating a delay. Domestic payments may not have one.
If your account has closed or cannot accept the currency, tell the bank and the casino, and trace the original transfer before asking for a replacement.
Bank transfer processing times
There is no single bank-transfer withdrawal time: casino review, release, bank processing and credit to your account are separate stages.
Of the casinos we review, six state three banking days for bank payouts, Winbeast, Legionbet and Winplace state five to seven days, and Betmac aims for one to three business days after verification. Slotosport commits only to a decision within three days, and Wildies gives up to 72 hours for withdrawals generally. None of these is a measured arrival time, and none starts until the casino approves the request.
| Route | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Faster Payments | Pay.UK says money between directly connected banks is usually available almost immediately, sometimes taking up to two hours. The clock starts when the casino releases the payment. |
| Bacs Direct Credit | A three-day cycle of input, processing and entry. A casino quoting three banking days is not necessarily using Bacs. |
| CHAPS | A same-day payment, subject to the sending bank’s cut-off times. |
| SEPA Credit Transfer | The euro payment scheme, with standard and instant services; a euro balance does not show which one the casino uses. |
| Swift | International bank messaging. Arrival at your bank and credit to your account can differ, so ask the sender for its estimate. |
If the casino’s figure already includes bank processing, adding a bank’s standard time counts that stage twice. Ask for the actual release date before working out how long a payment has been in transit.
Transfer fees and currency conversion
A bank-transfer withdrawal can carry four separate costs: a casino charge, a payment-provider charge, an intermediary-bank deduction and currency conversion. Seven of the casinos we review cap intermediary-bank charges at the equivalent of €16, but that cap says nothing about the exchange rate, your own bank’s fees or the deductions described above. On the deposit side, Wildies reserves a 1% processing fee on bank-transfer deposits, up to €10.
The route matters too. The European Payments Council describes SEPA Credit Transfers as carrying the full amount without deductions within the scheme, so do not assume an intermediary charge on every euro transfer just because a casino’s terms mention one.
| Stage | Illustrated amount |
|---|---|
| Withdrawal requested | €500 from the casino balance. |
| Casino charge (assumed) | €5, leaving €495 to send. |
| Intermediary-bank charge (assumed) | €10, leaving €485. |
| Conversion (invented rate) | €1 = £0.85, so £412.25 arrives. |
Every figure here is invented and describes no casino’s payout. At the same rate the full €500 would be £425, so the assumed charges cost £12.75. If the amounts requested, sent and received do not reconcile, ask which party took the difference. A casino that calls withdrawals free is describing only its own charges.
Minimum deposits and withdrawal limits
Three limits can apply to one transfer: your bank’s payment allowance, the casino’s limits for the method and the account’s weekly or monthly ceiling. For a withdrawal, check both the maximum per request and what remains of the recurring allowance, because a request within the per-transaction cap can still exceed the weekly one.
Bank-transfer minimums can sit above a casino’s general minimum. Legionbet and Winplace accept bank-transfer withdrawals from €50, against €20 by card, and Betmac’s bank-transfer withdrawals start at €100. An offer’s qualifying deposit may also be higher than the ordinary minimum; our welcome bonuses guide explains how that threshold works.
If a request is rejected, ask which limit applied and how much is still available. Switching payment method does not normally reset an account-wide limit.
Verification and bonus conditions
A bank transfer leaves a banking record but does not replace identity checks. You may be asked for a statement showing the account name and payment, and separately for identity or source-of-funds evidence. Send only what is requested, through the casino’s upload channel; bank passwords and security codes are never needed.
Under Gambling Commission rules, UK-licensed operators must verify identity before a customer gambles, and should not first ask at withdrawal for information they could reasonably have requested earlier. Casinos without a UK licence are not bound by those rules. Our verification guide explains what they cover.
Deposit and bonus restrictions
A promotion can limit eligible payment methods, set a qualifying amount or impose an activation deadline. If a transfer is slow to be credited, check which event counts for the deadline. Our bonus conditions guide explains the rules.
The deposit-wagering and 20% clauses above apply with or without a bonus. UK-licensed casinos may not make players wager their deposit before withdrawing it, and any processing charge must be disclosed and reflect the direct cost: a useful benchmark, though it does not decide a dispute with a casino licensed elsewhere.
Missing transfers and payment disputes
Start from the last confirmed status and use the matching step below, keeping the receipt, request, messages and dates together. If the destination is wrong or you suspect fraud, contact your bank immediately.
Deposit sent but casino balance unchanged
Ask your bank whether the transfer is pending, completed or returned. Send the casino the beneficiary, amount, date, reference and any bank transaction number, and ask it to check receipt and allocation separately. Do not send another deposit to fix a missing reference.
Withdrawal approved but release not yet confirmed
Give the casino the withdrawal ID and ask for the date sent, amount and currency, sending provider and bank transaction reference. If it cannot confirm a release, ask what is outstanding and when it will update you.
Transfer sent but absent from the receiving account
Ask the sender to have its bank or payment provider trace the transfer, and give your own bank the release confirmation and bank reference, including the UETR for a Swift payment. Ask for a trace reference.
Payment rejected or being returned
Ask which bank rejected the payment, why, and whether a return has started. The casino should confirm when the money is back with its provider and how it will be credited. Check the amount before giving new payment details.
Mistakes and suspected fraud
Contact your bank promptly if the destination is wrong or a payment is unrecognised. Pay.UK says a sent Faster Payment cannot be cancelled, though banks can try to recover mistaken payments. Never send an extra payment to a recipient you have not checked because it promises to release the first.
UK reimbursement rules for authorised push payment scams cover eligible UK-to-UK Faster Payments and CHAPS transfers. International payments and civil disputes fall outside the mandatory scheme set by the Payment Systems Regulator, whose work is moving to the Financial Conduct Authority. Gambling losses or a disagreement over bonus terms are not in themselves a scam; the bank assesses the facts.
Bank complaints and casino complaints
An ordinary bank transfer has no card-style chargeback. If you are unhappy with how your bank handled tracing, recovery or a fraud claim, complain formally; once you have its final response, or the deadline has passed, the Financial Ombudsman Service can consider eligible complaints within its time limits. It deals with the bank, not the casino: a dispute over your casino balance or bonus terms goes through the casino’s own complaints process first.
An independent service such as eCOGRA handles complaints only about sites signed up to it, after the casino’s own process, so check which body, if any, a casino names.
Final verdict on bank transfer casino payments
Bank transfers leave a clear paper trail, which helps when a payment goes missing, as long as you can link the casino’s request to the bank transaction: ask for an identifiable sender, a release confirmation and the right tracking reference.
The terms that matter most are the 20% fees several casinos reserve on unplayed or returned deposits, payout times of up to seven days at Winbeast, Legionbet and Winplace, and Betmac’s €100 bank-transfer minimum. Fixed bank charges weigh more on a small withdrawal. Check who receives your deposit, since half the casinos we review name a payment agent in Cyprus, and do not pay a recipient you cannot link to the casino.
For a missing payment, follow the last confirmed stage through both sets of records rather than making another deposit. Keep essential money out of gambling and never borrow to gamble; our responsible gambling information covers spending controls and breaks, and the National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare, offers free, confidential support.
How we checked this guide
We read the payment pages, terms and FAQs of all 12 casinos we review in October 2026 and compared their bank-transfer wording; we made no deposits or withdrawals. The banking facts come from Pay.UK, Bacs, the European Payments Council, Swift, MoneyHelper, the Payment Systems Regulator, the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Gambling Commission. Casino terms change, so check the current version before you pay.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use a bank transfer at a Curaçao casino?
Most of the casinos we review accept bank transfers in at least one direction, but often not both: Winplace and Legionbet list bank-transfer deposits, Betmac instant bank deposits, and the Santeda casinos and Freshbet bank-transfer payouts. Check what your own account allows; a working transfer does not mean the casino may serve UK customers.
How long does a casino bank-transfer withdrawal take?
Six of the casinos we review state three banking days, Winbeast, Legionbet and Winplace five to seven days, and Betmac aims for one to three business days after verification. These are processing times, not arrival dates: approval, release and credit to your account are separate steps.
What is the minimum casino bank transfer?
There is no universal minimum. Legionbet accepts bank-transfer deposits from €20 and withdrawals from €50, Betmac’s bank-transfer withdrawals start at €100, and a promotion may require a larger deposit than the ordinary minimum.
Are casino bank-transfer withdrawals free?
Not always. Seven of the casinos we review cap possible intermediary-bank charges at the equivalent of €16, several reserve 20% deductions in specific situations, and your own bank’s fees and currency conversion can add more.
Whose bank account receives a Curaçao casino deposit?
Often a payment agent rather than the casino brand. Rolletto, Velobet, Zizobet, Cosmobet and Goldenbet name Santeda International Limited in Cyprus, and Freshbet names Ryker Development Limited, also in Cyprus. Check that the recipient on your instructions matches a company the casino discloses before you pay.
Can I charge back a casino bank transfer?
No. An ordinary bank transfer has no card-style chargeback. Your bank may investigate a mistake, a recall request or an eligible fraud claim, but recovery is not guaranteed, and a dispute about casino terms goes through the casino’s complaints process.
