The domains and their licence records

The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificates checked on 10 September 2026 name Santeda International B.V., company number 151296, as the operator of rolletto.com and, in a separate record, rolletto.win. Both show licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, granted on 14 August 2024, with the status Active in the returned records. That establishes what the regulator records say about those named domains. It does not establish permission to serve UK residents.

In our desktop check, rolletto.com itself issued a redirect to rolletto1.cc, where the English-language page opened. The destination’s footer names the same Santeda company and licence number. The policy and casino-lobby findings in this review refer to that .cc destination. We have not established a separate regulator certificate for .cc, and the redirect does not prove account continuity between domains.

Great Britain and Northern Ireland

For England, Scotland and Wales, the Gambling Commission says businesses providing remote gambling to consumers require its licence. Our search of four downloaded UKGC business-register datasets returned no matches for Rolletto, Santeda or the three Rolletto domains checked. That finding is limited to those files and search terms; it does not cover every possible alias. These checks did not establish Rolletto’s permission to serve GB residents. The UK’s absence from the inspected restricted-country list does not supply that permission.

Northern Ireland needs a separate assessment. The Gambling Commission distinguishes its GB remit from remote gambling provision in NI, while explaining that advertising remote gambling to NI consumers requires a UKGC licence. Our inspected records and operator restrictions did not establish Rolletto’s NI eligibility either. The different regulatory position cannot be treated as an exemption or a reason to assume acceptance.

Rolletto welcome bonus and conditions

The Rolletto welcome bonus is split across three deposits: 150% up to £/€/$500, then 50% up to £/€/$2,000 and 25% up to £/€/$3,000. The £/€/$5,500 headline adds those caps together; it is not the first-deposit award. These are published currency amounts, not a conversion into sterling or confirmation of UK eligibility.

Rolletto wagering requirements apply to the combined deposit and bonus: 40× for each of the first two stages and 30× for the third. A £20 first deposit with a £30 bonus therefore requires £2,000 in qualifying wagers. Wagering must be completed within five days of activation, with a maximum slot stake of £/€/$5. This describes turnover, not a guaranteed cost or cash return. The terms warn that selected slots may not contribute.

The published Rolletto free spins start with 50 after a first deposit of at least £/€/$20, followed by 30 on each of five consecutive login days. Missing a day forfeits the remaining daily rewards. The named game is Rolletto Luck Bonus Buy, and each allocation expires after 72 hours. The first-deposit threshold for these spins does not establish the minimum for every later bonus stage.

Activation is manual after depositing and before play. Only one bonus can be active. Cancellation can remove the bonus, associated winnings and the total amount bet since activation; the terms say cash and bonus funds are not separated. Those conditions deserve more weight than the package headline. The welcome instructions and general terms were captured again on 1 October 2026;

The welcome instructions specify manual activation in the account’s Bonus tab, rather than publishing a Rolletto bonus code. Other rewards have different activation rules: the verification promotion sends a personal Rolletto promo code after email and identity checks. That does not establish a universally claimable Rolletto no deposit bonus. The separate Rolletto cashback promotion displayed for esports pays a free bet, so it should not be read as cash returned on casino losses.

Rolletto games and providers

Rolletto slots are organised into familiar browsing groups: Popular Slots, Bonus Buy, Megaways, Jackpot Games and New Games. The provider selector includes Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Blueprint Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming. Those names give a more useful starting point than an unsupported headline count.

Rolletto live casino provides a distinct route into hosted tables and game shows. Its categories are useful for finding a type of game, while provider names help identify the studios shown on the page. A listed studio does not establish that its entire catalogue is available to every account.

The catalogue includes the providers and game categories described above. The complete number of games is not confirmed, and the available selection can vary by account and location.

Rolletto minimum deposit and payment methods

Rolletto lists GBP among its account currencies, alongside other fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies. Its general deposit minimum is €20 or the equivalent in another currency. A sterling account and a euro-denominated minimum describe different things: the terms do not establish a fixed sterling minimum for every method.

The currency list is useful when assessing the account, but it does not tell you which bank card, wallet or transfer route a particular customer can use. The deposit route and receiving route need to be established together before a payment method can be assessed properly. No account-specific cashier check was completed for this review.

Third-party payments are prohibited. The terms say that using another person’s payment account can result in winnings being confiscated and the original deposit returned to its owner. The account also has conditions on withdrawing unused deposits; those are covered below.

The published withdrawal minimum is €20 or its currency equivalent. Rolletto says it processes payouts within 3 banking days. That is an operator-stated processing window; money reaching a bank or wallet is a separate stage, and identity checks can hold a request.

Rolletto withdrawal limits apply weekly and monthly, separately from the minimum. The terms also allow wins above €15,000 or the equivalent to be split into monthly instalments of up to that amount. A large balance can therefore take several payment cycles to receive, even when an individual request is processed within the stated window.

Conditions that can reduce a Rolletto payout

The deposit clause requires at least one-times wagering before withdrawal. A separate clause reserves a 20% administrative charge on the amount transferred where deposits have not been fully wagered. These are material conditions on access to the balance. Increasing play to meet a withdrawal rule introduces further risk; an unclear charge needs an explanation from the operator.

The terms also set a €100,000-equivalent maximum for a single bet, spin, bonus round or free spin, excluding jackpot winnings. This is a cap on the result the operator says it will pay, separate from the schedule for releasing an account balance.

These are account-wide rules. A method-by-method speed table would need evidence for each route; the public terms do not establish separate crypto, card and wallet arrival times for this review.

Rolletto sign-up and verification

Customers who register with Rolletto still face identity checks: the KYC policy describes identification before financial transactions and continuing checks according to risk. The FAQ gives a different impression: it describes cryptocurrency play after the initial registration form, with further profile completion for verification and fuller access. The inspected pages do not reconcile those descriptions, and we did not complete registration. There is no sound basis here for describing cryptocurrency play as exempt from identity checks.

The published KYC list includes name, email, date of birth, an ID or passport copy, and proof of residence such as a bank statement or utility bill no older than six months. The general terms also refer to payment-system documents and documents in Latin or Cyrillic script, with video verification possible where those scripts cannot be supplied. This is a description of the requested material, not a completed check or a guarantee that no further documents will be sought.

The general terms give a maximum of 30 days to respond to an identity-proof request and reserve account closure or fund holds, possible confiscation of winnings and return of deposited funds if proof is not provided. The refund policy separately demands certified identification within five days and threatens cancellation of funds and account closure. It also presents that decision as final; this review has not established the legal effect of that wording. The relationship between the two deadlines is unexplained, so the longer period cannot safely be presented as applying to every request. Neither period is a promised operator turnaround time.

Rolletto mobile site and app

Rolletto’s mobile address redirected to m.rolletto1.cc. The page loaded only partly, with script errors. That result does not establish how the mobile service performs for every visitor.

A native Rolletto app was not verified in the recorded inspection. The mobile findings concern the browser site.

Rolletto customer service and complaints

Rolletto publishes email and live-chat contact options. We did not send a support enquiry, so these listings establish the stated channels without demonstrating response speed or quality. The Rolletto complaints procedure starts with support and provides for escalation inside the company when the issue remains unresolved.

For a dispute unresolved by management, the policy refers generally to an independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the website. That wording does not identify a specific independent dispute service or establish a reader’s access to one. A reference to an external body is too little detail to promise an independent route with a particular outcome.

The same policy treats the operator’s server records as decisive when a displayed result is disputed, and describes Curaçao courts and Curaçao law for proceedings against the company. Those are the operator’s contractual statements. They do not, by themselves, establish an independent decision or determine what legal rights a particular reader has.

Responsible gambling and account controls

Rolletto’s published policy offers self-exclusion by email for periods between six months and five years. It says requests will be implemented in a timely manner but supplies no fixed activation deadline in that passage. That wording does not establish a fixed activation time.

Time-out and cooling-off are described separately. The pages allow discretionary early reopening of a temporary closure and automatic reopening when a cooling-off period expires. Those statements concern the temporary break; they do not establish that a self-exclusion can be ended early.

Final verdict

Rolletto publishes enough detail to examine its conditions, but the practical uncertainty concerns what happens after money enters an account. Conditional fees and withdrawal caps sit alongside unreconciled descriptions of identity checks and response deadlines. Those issues carry more weight in this assessment than the displayed game titles and provider names. The published material cannot support claims of straightforward withdrawals or light-touch verification.
